Bylaws Committee

Lead: Robin Adams

Our goal is to clarify and document what SEPA Club does, not make new changes to existing processes. We present updates for the membership to vote on.

Emergency Readiness

Lead: Bryan VanDam

Responsible for defining best practices for volunteers outside of SEPA during emergencies. Creates maps related to emergency water supplies and helicopter landing locations.

Fundraising/Events Committee

Lead: Nicole Fantozzi

Organizes SEPA-sponsored events and advertises non-SEPA events within the community.

Gate Committee

Lead: Jared Knudsen

Responsible for all gate issues and gate checks, as well as planning, improving, and maintaining the area around the gate.

Key Committee

Lead: Jill Lux (keys@sepaclub.com)

Responsible for issuing keys and tracking keys that have been transferred/lost/stolen.

Membership Committee

Lead: Rita Hemphill

Responsible for maintaining a list of current and expired SEPA Club members.

Nomination Committee (2025)

Lead: Jack Palmadesso

Responsible for gathering nominations for annual elections, and vetting them as appropriate.

SEPA Lot Committee

Lead: Jared Knudsen

In charge of SEPA lot maintenance and improvements.
